I am Oluwatoyin Akanki, popularly known as Olori, an entrepreneur, restaurateur, author, business leader, and philanthropist passionate about entrepreneurship, leadership, and community empowerment.

As the Founder of Olori African Cuisine, I transformed my passion for cooking into a growing hospitality business with multiple restaurant locations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

My professional journey spans public administration, hospitality management, entrepreneurship, business development, and community leadership. Before establishing my businesses in the United States, I served in the Nigeria Police Force for ten years.

I am also the Founder of Olori Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women, widows, children, and underserved communities through education, food assistance, and empowerment initiatives.

As an author and business mentor, I am passionate about sharing my experiences, inspiring aspiring entrepreneurs, and helping others transform their dreams into sustainable businesses.

My book, From My Kitchen to My Empire: A Journey of Faith, Resilience, and Entrepreneurship, reflects my personal journey of faith, determination, sacrifice, and resilience.
